What’s New in Version 1.7.0?

A Cleaner, More Intuitive Interface

We’ve redesigned key screens throughout the app for a more professional, modern look. The shop experience now features a persistent banner at the top of every browse screen, clearly showing you what you’re viewing – whether that’s current specials, a specific product category, or search results – with a one-tap shortcut to browse all categories at any time.

Specials First – Every Time

When you open the Shop tab, you now land directly on our current specials. No extra steps, no confusion. Our best deals are the first thing you see, every single time you open the app.

Search That Actually Works

A previous issue caused the in-app search bar to redirect to the default shop page instead of returning results. That has been fully resolved. Search for any part number, brand or product type and you’ll receive accurate, relevant results immediately.

Account and Profile Improvements

Users reported issues with account data not loading after login. We’ve overhauled the profile loading system so your name, email and account details display immediately when you open the Account screen. Order history and profile editing are also significantly more stable in this release.

Registration Made Simple

Creating an account is now easier than ever – all you need is your email address and a password. No username required. Contact us if you need any assistance getting set up.

How to Update

Open the App Store or Google Play Store, search for Generator Parts and tap Update. If automatic updates are enabled on your device, the update may already be installed.
