Description
This unit is a 150mm long fuel gauge that shows the level of fuel in the tank. The TN L3 series is manufactured from stainless steel. The use of fluid buoyancy and magnetic induction measures the liquid level. This unit provides very precise measurements and it is corrosion resistant and leak proof. The unit is used to measure and show the level of the liquid in the genset fuel tank. It had been designed for ease of installation and to conform to the depth and shape of the fuel tank. The L3 TN series reads the level of the fuel by means of a series of reed switches which are positioned inside the level tube. The float has built in magnets which trigger the reed relays that then give a value that increases or decreases according to the fuel levels. The float is the only moving part in the unit and therefore reduces the possibility of mechanical failure.
